My Baby Goin Under The Knife On Monday - Pics Of Bodywork Plans...
im finally sendin my car in for the bodywork on monday (carlsson front bumpers, lorinser fenders, LED mirrors and sum other minor things)...heres some pics of my exact plans with the other little specific details i added in that im gunna give to my bodyshop guy just so he doesnt forget anything...let me know if my instructions are clear, what u guys honestly think, and if u have any other suggestions...also, how much would u guys expect to pay for this work?...thanks

I'm excited to see the final product. Sounds like an expensive chore though. Many body shops would have a hay day with this...they see a mercedes w/ lots of new additions and think $$$$$$ to be made. Hopefully you've found some good people to help you out. Let me know how it goes...can't wait to see it!

Wow great plans bro, I definately agree you should paint the roof black as well to make it even sportier and give that 'Panoramic' roof styling, other then that your ride is gonna come out sick, wish I could do a few minor things to my CLK, those fenders are gonna be sick! Where can I look those up for a CLK430?

at the same time lol....he took it in already and he said hes gunna start it tommorw....i thought one week would be out of question but its looking realistic rite now

JOHN99CLK430 - i got em on ebay...but if u get em...make sure u get the ones that are made by tommotorsports.com cuz those are the ones that fit well....

so at that price its a replica. does the fiber glass look wavey? are you going to have them smooth it out? it doesn't really show its waviness until painted/ clearcoated.

dont know about the paint yet...the paint on my replica roof spoiler wasnt wavy at all....will let you know about the fenders...
