I get mobil 1 from WalMart for $22 for 5 qts, so about $40 for 1 oil change. So with filter, its about $50 per oil change.

Transmission fluid check? There's no dip stick. If they checked it, you probably have a new locking cap,

LSD check? It's not an LSD, it's an open diff. Even then, it's a visual inspection. They look at the housing to see if dark streaks are there. No tools are used. The diff check is a 20 second job.

I do my own oil changes because I like working on the car. If I didn't, my local dealer charges less than $100. Attached is an email I received today. It looks like the dealer who sold me the car charges $60.

$150 sounds very high.

I'd let my dealer change the oil and filter if they charged that little!

Some walmart locations do have Mobil1 0w-40. I have been thinking about getting some Royal Purple and doing this myself with a topsider. My FSS says 4900 miles to go but I'm not sure if I should be going off of that.
