clk mam or anyone..answer this 10 inch question
i ment clkfan..not mam..wont let me edit it..how come some clks need spacers for 10 inch wheels in back and 9.5 up front but mine doesnt...my carlsons fit right up on and it drives fine!

fyi, here's a nice guide for fitment. offset talks about how far in or out the wheels sits. Basically how far the mounting face of the wheel is away from the center of the wheel.

Like everyone said...it's because some wheels may not come with the right offsets to make the car look tight for your personal preference or their can be fitment issues. Brabus is notorious for this problem because they are lazy and want you to run the same wheels for everything and just tell you to use their spacers to adjust.
