I have the MBZ car cover so I keeped breaking mine ended up getting the one off ebay which is a hard plastic but looks the same but it doesn't bend. I'm speaking of the black part not the whole assembly. I do need a new rubber ring don't know if I want it bad enough to spend $25 for it.

NICE!!!! This isn't for the whole assembly right? Only for the rubber parts? If it is, I wonder how the rubber ( stick thingy ) can be replaced? When I called the dearler, they said the whole assemly comes as one and only the rubber parts can't be replaced since the rubber parts are attatched to the plastic housing as one set. Any ideas???

The dealer only sells it as one unit but it can be taking apart in the three pieces you see. They don't sell each piece seperate. like I said I just replaced the stem with a hard plastic one because my car cover bends the factory one and breaks it.

I just purchased the set and all you have to do is stick the rubber tube through the hole of the actual part attached to the roof. Once you get it and see how its structured it will only take 5 minutes to install. Great Cosmetic buy for $25

This is just for the rubber boot and gasket. No shell.

That I don't know. Might try and get MBZ part number from dealer, then plug it in to google and see what falls out...

Would work for the base, but I think would look tacky for the actual top boot.

Hi,

I have been to the site but cannot see the part that I am after which is the rubber washer that goes between the body and the aerial to seal it.

I have all the bits, if anyone knows where I can get one and let me know or I could even buy it off you would be great.
