I CALL IT.... B U L L S H I T 
I MEAN ITS NOT FAIR AT ALL.
LADIES AND GENTLEMEN, I HATE TO BE THE BEARER OF BAD NEWS, BUT AS OF JULY 1 THE $3500 SPEEDING FINE IS BACK IN VIRGINIA (CODE 46.2-206.1).. THE SHORT VERSION IS, SAID SUIT WAS INTRODUCED AND WRITTEN INTO LEGISLATION TO RAISE MONEY FOR VA, IT INCLUDES BUT IS NOT LIMITED TO SPEEDING 15MPH OVER SPEEDING LIMIT RESULTING IN $3500 FINE.

i agree bro.... 2007 it was $1500 ad now its 2k mas.. i think they are smoking crack

Where did you hear this? So far the only thing I've found that's been close is SB 103 which doesn't bring the fines back, only amends the text of 46.2-206 regarding disposition of fees.

I checked the 2009 docket and didn't see anything either. 46.2-206.1 was repealed was the first order of business in 2008 after being struck down by the courts and I seriously doubt that it's coming back in any form.

While writing that little piece of legislation...I curious how they decided that the fines imposed were in any way, shape, or form reasonable.

Keep the pedal to the metal Mike - that BS Law was repealed. Lots of false info on the web claiming it went "back" into effect this past July 1st. No es la verded mi amigo - andale con maz velocidad my man

Funny, my dad just told me 2day that his friend from WVA or winchester got a ticket and it was 1500 dollars....
I did not know that u spoke Spanish as well, u looked German to me.

Not to hijack this thread but lowphat I saw you cruising this Saturday afternoon. I was driving with my girl and saw you as you merged off of I-66 onto US-50 west. Was heading out on 50 West myself. Not to sound stalkerish but all I did was do a search in the CLK 208 forum for "kleeman" and saw a thread with photos of your car.
Sweet ride. Not sure if you noticed me but I was in the Silver C55. You have the full-blown Kleeman package? I even commented to my girlfriend that your car was either really fast, or you just had all the decals to look like it was really fast!

I remember seeing your car - I gave a thumbs up before exiting on to West Ox but tints probably made it all invisible. Your car looked sweet - I had my 12 and 15 year old girls in the car and they both spotted your car before I did - they're trained by the best.....

Just curious but from preliminary research the Kleeman supercharger gives you 430 Hp and 393 lbs of torque? Please correct me if I am wrong.
