CLK W208
It would look a bit wired without the front and rear bumper because the skirts wouldnt flow right. if they are oem amg skirts they are held up by clips on the sides, bottom and on the door seal area, on the 320 if its a pre 2000 model there are black rubber pieces on the front and rear quarter panel and you have t pop those out and if its a 2000+ 320 then you have to pop the side skirts that come on the 320 out in order to put the amg skirts on, overall very easy job to do as long as all parts are oem.

Have you considered a CLK320 Sport? It's option number CP1 and includes the CLK430/55 front & rear bumpers, side skirts, and the CLK430 wheels/tires. Here is a list of the specs and available equipment.

There's a flare on the rear bumpers near the wheel wells that matches the flare on the skirts. Also, the AMG front bumper has a slight flare as well. From the side profile, the skirts are going to look a little lower that the front and rear bumpers and from the front/back profile, the skirts are going to stick out more than the bumpers. The AMG skirts just won't flow well with the 320 bumpers simply because the AMG body kit looks significantly more aggressive.

IMO, just leave the 320 as is or pickup a 430. From what I've researched, prices for similar model year, mileage, and condition 320 vs. 430 trims is max $2k, sometimes as little as $500. The disparity in what you pay beforehand between the trims will be equal to or less than the overall price you'll be paying for OEM skirts and bumpers (cost, paint matching, labor), not to mention you obviously will have the V8 vs. the V6.
