CLK Rough shift from 1st to 2nd gear

Ok so i replaced both the engine mounts and the transmission mount, the car doesnt shift rough from 1st to 2nd all the time but it does it occasionally, and when i move the gear shifter from park to reverse or drive,i can hear a small thud in what sounds like the rear of the car. Any ideas?

Hey thanks for replying, when i did the transmission mount I took a look at the flex disc and it didn't seem to be damaged,is it similar to the transmission mount as in the aspect of not looking warn or damaged but still needing to be replaced

Ok so i went and out and did some more investigating, and again like i said the flex disc isnt damaged, when i did the transmission mount it was a little bit of oil substance on my transmission pan,i cleaned it off,so today when i went to go investigate i noticed that it was some more oil substance on it,i wiped it off again,so maybe its shifting weird from the level being low,im going to further investigate that and then ill get back

It's a normal wear part and there are 2 of them. One at each end of the driveshaft. Wear is torque and time dependant. They may last 100K or they may last 30K
You'll have to get under the car to check and/or change them.

Question

Sooooooo,i couldnt quite find the torque converter drain plug and i gave the engine a full rotation two times, the long way with a pry bar. Anyway i drained the transmission via the trans cooler line, and emptied it out and put fluid in until it was all the new fluid. Changed the transmission gasket filter, and also changed the transmission connector adapter. Drove it, checked the temperature and it was at the proper temperature, and its proper level. Sad to say but the car shifts smooth in the 1st to 2nd,2nd to 3rd,but the 4th gear jumps EVERYTIME. Ive ran out of DIY yourself ideas, and now im going to have to take it to the dealership and get a star diagnosis
