Angry What happened to the Carlsson replica kit thread...

There was a thread here a couple of weeks ago about a guy who was getting a Carlsson RS replica kit from a shop in LA. He said he was paying about $1300 for the kit with installation. I searched and searched but the thread is gone. Was it a victim of last weeks shutdown?

I didn't write down the number of the shop or the guy's email address. Does anyone remember this?

So how much do you charge for your kits. Also, do you have other kits available other than Carlsson? I like the front and rear of the Carlsson but I like the AMG side kits.

Felix, the $1,300 isn't just for the kit... the full kit is actually being sold for only $700, but for $1300 they will paint, fit and install the kit for you... which all things considered, is not a bad deal

I think someone said they were getting it all done for $1,200... but I believe they were buying rims from them too...

$5-600 for painting the complete body kit sounds pretty fair. Plus they will do all the fitting and installing, so I think that is a very fair price indeed...

I wonder if someone who has gotten one of these replica kits wouldn't mind disclosing their costs with us. I am getting really confused now.
