Getting a knock when I turn wheel to the right

I have a 03 W209 320. I'm getting a knock when I turn the wheel to the right. Especially loud and noticeable when getting in or out of a parking spot both in drive and reverse. It's not so bad when driving and just making a right hand turn, nothing when I turn the wheel to the left. I'm thinking axle or the ball joint on the control arm. Any suggestions?? good place to buy parts besides autohausaz?

The warranty I purchased just ran out last month and this just started two days ago. what luck LoL

thanks in advance for any input, def looking to save a few bucks but i rather have it done right and spend a little more then to get a duct tape job LoL and end up spending double

i doubt the problem is in the tires like they are discussing on that thread. I am not lowered but i am on Bridgestone Potenza's like they are mentioning (but they are not low on tread as some mentioned on that thread) and there has been a ton of rain here in the Northeast. I'll keep my ear out for the problem over the next few days. If it's the tires i'll be pleasantly surprised. either way i'll keep this thread updated. Prob gonna have it looked at at the end of the month either way.

i did put on some crappy pads, paying for it now as they don't stop squeaking, i wouldn't be surprised at all if that was the problem

awesome, great info. i went on parts.com and looked at the parts diagram for the front suspension and figured it had to be either that bushing (a $20 part) or the steering knuckle (200 something dollar part). glad to hear its most likely the bushing, not a big deal but sounds serious when it happens LoL. As I am getting the suspension replaced in 2 or 3 weeks wont be that big of a deal to get done.

Thanks for the info. I will update this thread when i get the work done.
