Installed LED Taillights on CLK500

There is plenty of threads detailing the install of the facelifted taillights on pre-facelifted cars, so I won't get into that; but I did have to buy the bulb brackets because the old bulb brackets didn't fit.
Another problem I encountered was the stop lamp did not work right away (error message; plus the lights would blink). This was fixed by adding a 25W 5.7ohm resistor to the stop lamp socket (I believe this problem will also affect facelifted CLKs).
Now the pics!

I love the LED tailights. It day and night compared to stock. So, did they forgot to send you the resistor with the tailights? How much is the new taillights? Btw, your teaser mods pic. It already on the car in the second pic. look great !!!

Ha, Ha! You and Klinh......You guys are crazy!
I was in such of a hurry (I did several mods this weekend) that I didn't take any pictures of the resistor install. In a nutshell, I connected the resistor through the backside of the brake light socket (there is access, you just tap into it). Then I mounted (and tied it together with a steel zip tie) the resistor on top of the resistor that was included (careful these resistors are really hot).
