Decided to do the job myself instead of bringing it to the body shop.

Some music patience and a couple of beers made this go by easy.

Took me about 2.5 hours to complete it all.

Lights look great and the output is awesome too.

It is raining over here now and when i got home i noticed some fogging on the headlights which is concerning me. It dried up pretty quick after i opened the lids.

Anyone else having this issue? Am i leaving the caps lose maybe??

Here are some pictures. OEM Bi-xenons are officially for sale btw.

Did not take pictures of the lights on since its raining and cant really see the line. Will update again though.

Ask anything you want to know about the install or details ill be happy to respond.

Car got very dirty while working so excuse this dirty wh*** lol

That was nice job . i mean i would take at least some 7 to 8 hours to make this thing happen and its really great. i like the color choice it is smart choice .but you should try black and red . it will give a kind of formula one look. That will make it different from others.

You really do not have to remove the whole bumper to get the headlights out. I followed this DYI on my W209 to do it.

True but if you are going as far as removing that bar on the side than you have pretty much taken all there is to it apart. Clips are the only thing holding it now.

Much safer to work without the bumper IMO

hey guys. Im also trying to figure out what happens to the auto level feature? I have a clk 500 and was wondering if these headlights would work on my car. I don't mind not having the auto level feature working after i install these. I was wondering though if the auto level mechanism would prevent the swap in the first place? thanks guys.
