Well only listening to the sound and trying to get normal common sense involved...
to be an lifter or internal engine component in general it is rotating to fast....
It also, like I mentioned sounds like something is rotating out of balance...
thats all I can say and is of course dependant on throttle
mechs please!

It looks like he removed the belt to isolate the sound to being internal engine and not an accessory. This could be a timing chain issue. I know this is not an M272/M273 engine with the balance shaft problems, but there are still anecdotal problems with timing chains. The tensioners can break or the chains can stretch. I was getting a clanking noise out of mine when the timing gear started stretching. It would quiet down with increased RPMs.

I don't know if it's the timing chain or not - I'm just speculating based on the video. That person removed the belt to isolate the noise to the engine. You might want to try that, too. Also, a mechanic's stethoscope might be good to pinpoint to noises source.

Chain or hydraulic lifter. Could also be a manifold/header leak.!
This is a purge valve.

I uploaded a video of the engine noise that to me its sound like a beehive !! I checked the noise with a long screw driver and put one end to the front part of the oil pan and the top end of screw driver to my ear I can hear the buzzing sound but when I do the same method using screwdriver to the back of the oil pan I don't hear the buzzing sound?? Could this be a crank bearing ?? I also took my cars to a mercedes shop and they told me The noise is normal ??? What you guys think !!

Ouch - That is not normal. It could be a big or small end bearing or damaged lifter.
As Rudney said earlier. remove the Poly V belt to ensure that it is not an accessory. If not take an oil sample & send it to Blackstone for analysis. That will tell you if something is destroying itself in the engine.

05 ML-500 , 03 CLK5.5 AMG has left the Garage
Noisey M-113 N/A Motor
Knowing the Mileage would help. But if it is truely up front near the harmonic balancer inside the C-Case , The oil pump drive sprocket & single roller drive chain is most likely the noise maker

It is possible that it is the oil pump simplex drive chain as suggested above. This chain is lightly loaded so unlikely unless the tensioner spring 41 has failed.
Sometimes the tensioner is the problem with noisy cam chains. External replacement method is in the Wiki.

I have a E500 2006 with 28k miles and its making the same noise as the CLK500 that buzzing noise on c-case, i use a sthetoscope and the buzzing its just in the front of the c-case if you put the steto just above the harmonic balancer (really close to harmonic) on the block you still hearing the noise, makes me think that could be the harmonic itself, but it sound only on cold during a period of 5-7 minutes, when engine its warm it sound nice and quiet, do you solved the issue?
