any one try jehnert door panels??
So I'm also in the process of replacing my sound system. The HK is trash in my opinion just like every other stock system . I would like to know if anyone has tried the jehnert door panels . I have 2 jL hd amps for speakers and sub. All I need is speakers and hu. If anyone has done those door panels please share some pics and input .

i dont think anyone on the w209 has replaced their door panels with these. most of us kept the door panel and replaced the speakers.

That's what I wonder . I just want to know how it sound and how loud it will be. I already have my speaker adapters that came in yesterday. Guess ill just get some really nice components and maybe go 3 way down the line. Thanks

With the loaded sets ... performance is quite good. Drivers are all made in the infamous OE supplier build house Ehmann over in Germany. Looks can be quite deceiving and the effort that Jehnert puts into these setups over the past few decades is nothing to overlook.

I drive the racism out of BadDebt. ;)
I ended up throwing a set of Focals components on mine with an extra pair of mids in the rear of the door... it sounded full at normal listening and could make your ears bleed if need be.
Amped like no other tho....gotta get a pic up for you guys.

Man 6 speed, you live on every forum?? Well i guess its your job rite? Well i already have speakers got a great deal on them, to goods to pass up but i can always sell them. I want to do my build by next summer. Tell me something, do these panels require me cutting doors and door panels? My favorite Thing id being able to go back to stock. Also can you pm me a price? I have the black panels. Thanks brother, so happy you are local.

Yes, I am on A Lot ! Not because of a 'job' though for the majority of them. I have owned a good amount of cars too ! Aside from that, my 'forum life' stems back to well before some of my businesses.
For your CLK, yes there is some cutting and going back to stock is not really a true option.
