Hi bought this from Rodney (Rudney) this past summer with the intention of installing in my 2007 CLK550. Going in a different direction and selling this for what I paid for it. So what direction are you going in, Mitch? A new head unit? mCar?

And for whoever buys this - I'll be glad to give you pointers on how to install. If you can remove the radio head unit, then it's an easy DIY.

so this is the hardwired ipod, and not bluetooth, correct?

Correct. It puts the ~1 1/2" white iPod connector in the glove box.

Meh. I need the bluetooth connection more than the iPod.

Rodney, thanks for the offer of help, I appreciate it. Got SAT radio for now, and just bought a E550. Priority shift at the moment

Will this kit work for 2008 C350 W204?

I don't believe this works with the W204. It installs the same way, but the W204's steering controls and MFD are different. I checked some used parts on eBay and the W204 is different from this W209/W203 unit.

How tough is it to install?

Installation is fairly simple: Remove the radio, plug in a harness, place the control module in the electronics cage under the passenger footwell and route a cable to the glove compartment.
