I may need to join AA!!!!

Is there an AMG Anonymous type program available to deal with my addiction? ,I sold my supercharged car last week and replaced it tonight with the "Beast". A 2004 Obsidian Black E55 w. 36K., and no issues. It's nicely equipped, dvd nav w.6 disc, vent seats, 4 zone, Bi-xenons, parktronic, trunk closer etc., but no pano.
My garage is overloaded with AMG h.p. and the modded 500E. I now can throw my own AMG/M.B. gtg and guarantee plenty of awesome cars in attendance
I believe I need some kind of help, maybe a few more exhaust fumes will help. Next up, sell my F150, S320 and 300E.
I haven't been able to attend the MBWorld trough lately due to some technical glitch that left me under a kind of ban for the last three weeks without any kind of notice. I finally was replied to and fixed tonight. Thanks Webmaster!!!

Accept who you are.

Everything is fine. Keep buying AMG cars. No one will hold it against you. When you start running out of cars to sell you can move onto the house and sell things out of it to buy more AMGs.

Keyless go is way cool except eveyone thinks you press the button to move the shifter, promptly shutting the car off and locking the shifter. I love the in dash changer too.

Congrats Rich and which S/C car did you sell?

LOL! Does this mean you have another manifold to polish? I know you're gonna make this car scary.

I sold my 1989 t-bird sc 5 spd. after owning since new. I hope the kid that bought it learns how to drive before finding out the hard way. I almost wouldn't sell it to him until some people who know him said he wouldn't kill anyone with it. I met his mother and she was fine with it even though I tried my best to scare her out of it.
First thing he did was drive it out of my shop and through the chain link fence gate, which popped open like in the movies and didn't even scratch the car, but broke the master lock open. Where was my video camera as Everyone laughed their a$$e$ off?

I really don't wish to sell the CLK, but I won't turn down an offer. I have to get my S320 transmission finished next week so I can sell it, find a buyer for the F150, and then push the guy who's been promising to take the 300E (but is in a divorce situation right now).
After that I'll been sitting a little prettier and may be able to hold on to the CLK. But I've had customer asking me to sell the CLK, so the first one to jump may help the decision process. If that happens though I will pull the manifold and the quaife differential out as most people wouldn't appreciate them and pay more.
The manifold would be real nice on the ML55, It's dyno proven!!!! May entertain an offer. If the CLK stays, eventually the thing will come off anyway for F/I! The turbo is heading for the ML as I don't see the room on the CLK.

Thanks, I've been lusting over the Beast since it's debut. This wasn't planned for this year, next year was the real plan. It's another car that found me like the 500E did. . I found a roached 2003 31K. mile car earlier in the week and it's no bargain at the lowest price in town. This one fell into my lap from a customer who saw me with the first one, it hadn't even been advertised.

My son keeps saying "cut the nitrous on" to get me to punch it, and then replies, "this car is fast" lol. D#$m backseat driver! I put the XM in it today, maybe that will drown out the backseat static.
The other backseater is due in 6.5 weeks . The hospital is about 35 miles away, this unit should get us to the church on time!!!

I love that Car. I've been trying to get the wife to trade the CAYENNE for one. But she's to wise, she knows I'd be driving it. I'm keeping my fingers crossed.

Rich,

Did you notice in my signiture I have a new addition as well. Stumbled into a 95 S320 w/81,000 original miles on it. Perfect carfax and MB service history.
I couldn't pass it up and they took my old 96 tahoe w/170K mle on it in trade in.
I see you have and S320 as well any areas to look out for?

Owen

The plastic heater hose junction on the firewall. Replace it every few years to keep it from biting you whilst out trying to go somewhere. Then the repair list gets long without including the maintenance items.
Air injection pump, fan bearing plate, a/c evaporator, fr. lower control arm bushings, balljoints, headgasket, mass air meter, blower motor regulator, door closer pump, seat belt buckles, door lock pump, and rear window regulators are common repairs among others. This doesn't include adding road salt corrosion issues that you (we don't have that issue) could suffer from up north.
Change that tranny fluid every 20K on the S320 to prevent problems.

Oh, sorry, CONGRATS!!!

SO far so good the car is perfect except for a broken mirror switch. Everything works.

It seems our tastes (or lack thereof) might be the same. I would probably take an insane offer for it, but I've been in love with that thing for too long and it's way modified (engine mods, exhaust, and lsd diff., stereo, fgs etc.).
If I sold it I would probably buy another and do it again. The offer would be easier if it included a black 500E as white was my second choice.
Your sig looks like my CLK55 cab. The colors match, wanna upgrade to a lightly modded CLK55 designo cab w. Nav.(lowered, quaife diff, ported and polished intake manifold? I'll entertain that offer right now to help me get through my immediate crunch. How about a cool FULLY LOADED and then modded (hid lights & fogs, suspension, hard bed cover, liner, headers, stainless pipes etc.) F150? It has no problems, just don't use it anymore, could use the cash more .

I can personally attest to this due to the sticky seats.
