W and S button next to your shifter
Can any one help me out and explain to me what the W and S button does? Or what it stands for.

Really a misnomer,the only time you would really want to be in W mode is in situations on slick surfaces i.e. ice,snow,mud,that using all the torque of first gear would make you lose traction.In W mode your transmission starts out in second gear at a lower rpm so you can keep traction.Normal operation is in S mode which is normal first gear start and normal transmission adapted shift points.
Which you can set to your liking via the tcu trans adapt function.

WINTER and SUMMER modes, I believe WINTER adjusts the starting gear to 2nd... so you experience slower initial acceleration. Makes sense with the amount of torque we have in our vehicles for parts of the country with rain and snow.
