W and S button next to your shifter

Really a misnomer, the only time you would really want to be in W mode is in situations on slick surfaces i.e. ice, snow, mud, that using all the torque of first gear would make you lose traction. In W mode your transmission starts out in second gear at a lower rpm so you can keep traction.Normal operation is in S mode which is normal first gear start and normal transmission adapted shift points.
Which you can set to your liking via the tcu trans adapt function.
