THE blower thread
Pretty powerful tool for troubleshooting.
No codes, only one old stored fault shown below.
I ran the DAS fuel evap system check and all OK.
So deleted this stored fault.
1 stored fault as follows:

Did not see anything from DAS explaining why LTFT's are high, so possibly it's just my tune.
I did come across the adaptation values for low range part load @ 1.19 on each side which seems to correlate with my LTFT's @ 19/19.
I'll hit Cory up next week on if this is something to be concerned about, or just run as is. I know in boost (mid/upper) revs I've good AFR 11.7-11.9 across the board so I'm not afraid of hurting the motor.

You can see timing real-time.... which I'm hoping to data log via vid cam on a run soon along with rpm, and AFR.
There are a host of diagnostics you can run on just about every system on the car. Very cool.
If you have a klee car, you might want to check the plugs after a few thousand miles to be sure they are in good shape.
Mine were pretty fouled and dark. The new plugs gapped at .027 woke this thing back up again after only 5500 miles.
I plan to check these in another 1k miles to monitor condition of cyls and tune.
Thanks for continuing to share your info!

Lambda & AFR at WOT

Are you saying that Kleemann recommends the plugs will need to be changed every 5K miles? Wow, I guess I better learn how to do it ASAP! You gentleman have me worried.
The plate may need to be updated And Plug life may depend on your Driving Habits And environment conditions.

PLUGS - Mine were funky looking, fouled dark. I'll pull these after 1000 miles and see what's what. My car totally woke up again after new plugs. Idles better, pulls harder. I suspect I'll need it retuned at sea level. Also remember my plugs are the original set that was installed by MW and run for a few hundred miles and several dyno pulls with the cams installed a tooth off! DOH.... so my funky plugs could be from that episode of brilliance.

These plugs saw:
Original dyno runs with cams off a tooth.
Several hundred miles with header nut missing or loose.
Loose MAF housing.
You get the drift.....
Changing Plugs - 2mchair - easy to change plugs..... and it's good to get to know your ride. Super easy: remove air filter boxes, then I remove 4 plug wires at a time on one side (to keep them in order), then pull 4 plugs at a time, to gain access you can unbolt the coils and lift out of the way, install new gapped plugs .027" - .03"..... I cleaned up my valve covers after installing new plugs. Also when reinstalling the plug wire boots, be sure to listen/feel for the "BUMP" or "SNAP" when they engage. It takes some effort, but the results are worth it. The plugs are a real gage of the health of your comb chamber. We do plug chops AT WOT on our high perf jetskiis to tune them to the ragged edge.

Thx.

The interior is going to be a 2 part job, tomorrow I'm having the trim refinished in silver to match the aluminum accents and gauge bezel, then having a little Kleemann logo work done. The second part will be upholstery and embroidering.
Now, back to your regularly scheduled programming...
