Not going to the expense of a diff color...... way expensive and kills resale.... (like there is any ). If I did change colors it was going to be satin-silver... a shiny matte..... but I chickened out as I feel that will be a bid of a fad color that will be played out in a couple years..... so going back stock color for ze-sleeper.

I would get a clk63 bumper and get it painted with the rest of the car since you are getting that done already. Then sell your old bumper with the carbonfiber lip to help make up for it

Moedy - good idea, but I actually like my 04 amg body kit as is. IF I do anything it will be a dtm body kit.... but I want to be sure I'm into this car for the long haul before dropping that coinage.

I wouldnt go as far as getting a dtm kit. Your car is unique as it is and it would look like you were trying to imitate the dtm. If you were to go that far, I would get the 63 non black series bumper and wide body it

No promises on dyno numbers.... I'll be happy with anything north of 410RWHP, and thrilled with anything over 430RWHP..... but we'll see. I've got the non-performance current Kleemann Eaton.... which will hold this project back. But it should get me to/from work in style.

Let's not forget that the CTS-V has an Eaton blower as does the ZR1 and we know they make plenty of power (556-626bhp) and even more with some simple mods like a pullies and headers (650-800bhp). The only major difference is that the roots type blowers generate more heat so cooling system is more important but you already know that right?

The people making real big numbers with the kleemann clk are running the old autorotor style blower NOT the eaton.

Did you get a base dyno run before you did all these mods to see what you started with? Dyno numbers dont mean much but if it was a dyno dynamics, you should be happy with anything north of 400whp

you are only talking about one specific person which has done every mod in the book and is possibly nuclear powered

you seem to have a boatload of mods and the previous gen kleemann as well. care to share what your dyno numbers were and your best drag time?

I'm pretty sure AMGSC is going through yet another round of mods on his car.... I'm thinking he's doing the PTE cams, and some other secret stuff.

I'm finding alot of the skunk works around here is top-secret, like the old friday night grudge racing days for me. Sit all calm and cool in the staging lanes with your game face on, no hood propped up, no talking....... just whipping some azzz all night long with your mystery mods.

Tune Done.

So tune is completed. I'm pleased with 402rwhp on a DynoDynamics. Should get me into the 11's with some traction.
Next to paint, then to me.

No dyno charts or details yet.

I'll post up some vids when it's in my hands.

My last blown car was a vortech mustang that put down 410rwhp on a mustang dyno..... all up top and it would heat soak bad..... no i/c.... I'm thinking this will be a bit more powerful.

WoW! Congrats betrezra! You have a beast in your hands!
I just have a lowly 5.0L V8, but I hope to have close to 400rwhp some day.
