Exclamation w209 320 Crazy Electronics, HELP!

So when I got home yesterday my car tried to turn on the lights, I got the HIDs (it was dusk but not dark enough) it showed me with "low beam right" warning message... so I thought oh great, bulb's out... if it only was just the bulb

I parked it in the driveway to look at them and yes the right was out, so when I got back in the car the tranny wouldnt let me switch into drive! So i turned it off and the lights, started it up and then it did shift into drive so I could park it.

I drove all of today with the lights off and the car had no problems, and then comes the night driving when I was coming home, I started the car and tried to turn on the lights... no all hell broke loose, 6 warning messages were bombarded my way!

- Low Beam Right
- Low Beam Left
- ABS Malfunction
- BAS Malfunction
- ESP Malfunction
- Check Engine

Now also the Check engine light is on and the weirdest part also is that when this happened I noticed it was the trigger for the transmission not to shift out of park. I had to turn off the car, with the lights off start it up again, this time I could shift into drive (if i tried to turn on the lights after the tranny would ONLY be in second, no upshifts or downshifts)...

And all of this cause of 1 HID bulb??

Please help if you have had or have heard of anything related to this!
Thank you

Looks like a voltage drop or the voltage cannot stay high enough. This can be caused by a weak battery or a bad alternator. When was the last time you changed your battery?

I was freaking out about it but it ended up being not a burnt bulb like I imagined, but a completely shattered one... i dunno how it happened but the bulb was in pieces, I even had to fashion a small tube to connect to the vacuum so i could get the pieces out, and the good news is the bulb from my BMW was the exact same philips that Benz uses so now its all perfect 0 codes
