Have you searched all the posts by E55cent here and on benzworld as well? He seems to be one of the few, if not only, people who were able to make the Gen1 work well with the 55 engine. I think he ended up running a 2" pulley to get the boost up to a level he was happy with but he also ran water injection to cool it off since it was spinning the blower above max efficiency. The little MP90 blower seems to fill the 43's a lot easier then the 55's

You may be able to get more boost out of the Gen1 then E55cent did but I'm guessing you will be pioneering the way as not many other 55 owners have ventured there.
BTW I saw in another thread where you mentioned getting a hell of a price on your Gen1. I'm curious as to what you paid.

Admittedly there is not a ton of info to be gained in his posts but he is one of the only people on this forum who got decent results with the Gen1 on a 55 after doing some custom tweaks. So his posts are a good place to start. It looks like he only got to about 5.5-6 pounds with a 2" pulley and claims he has the SC spinning as fast as it can. Notice he still doesn't make much more HP then nitros 43. Here are a couple of quick links.

Yep missed all of those lol! Looks ike he was running 2.25 I might go for 2.00 and see what happens worst case i overwork and destroy the little blower in which case i can upgrade to a larger one, as I will allready have 99% of the componets to be properly supercharged!

If you use this http://www.boost.xu1.net/
2.0 for pulley size as said above 5.5-6psi (supposedly tested)
the crank pulley is 151mm right? =to 5.95"
that calculates 9psi boost which is 33% off from supposed real world results
so 1.75" pulley would = 12.6psi minus 33% so roughly 4.2 = 8.4psi
Does this make sense? and the real question if it does will 1.75 spin to fast? that would make a ratio of 151mm/1.75=
Since- 151mm crank pulley, 1.75"=44.5mm 151/44.5=3.39
Ratio- 3.39

Out Of Control!!
You need to get an efficiency map of the mp112 and go from there. There is a limit to how fast you spin it before losing power. You don't just keep gaining as you spin it faster. Good luck.
