Looking TB this BS in Germany

Guys,

I am looking at getting a BS as my next car. I live in Europe and even though I have imported two cars from the US already (GL 450/C63) I am looking at buying local this time to avoid all the hassles of customs clearing etc.

Anyway, I ran across this BS in Germany.

I am not that up to speed on the variants of the BS but this one seemed different to the US spec and ones I have ridden in. The interior seems different with CF door panels and seats that look like they came from SL65BS - are these the standard seat in the BS?. Actually sort of look a little uncomfortable. Does anyone have any insights into this possible variant or are these parts all after market mods done by previous owner.

Now I know this overpriced in US terms, but I was just curious as to variants/options of the BS are out there as I start my search here in Europe.

I like the door panels

The seats I am not so sure about.

I've heard the US seats are much more comfortable but for the guys that only drive their BS on the weekend they may want the euro seats. I think there was a thread on here a while back with some people looking for them. If I were buying out my lease I would swap seats with you in a heartbeat, but you would have to agree to swap the door panels too

I am heading there next week to have a test-drive and a AMG cert mechanic look over the car. He is of the few AMG cert techs in Czech Republic that has very deep experience with M156 and will be looking for abuse etc. It only has 12000Km on it, but you can still do some serious damage even with smaller # of miles. Will be running VIN/plates/Block#s etc to see what comes up. If all checks out then I will have my next beast and let the mods begin - that been said, I am not sure how much you can really improve upon the BS.

forget that car - it has been in an accident and the entire front end has been replaced (it was on our list of "BS's to look at" this week as well)...also forget the silver one in dusseldorf (serious quality issues which is even listed in the mercedes systems)
