You can have any mechanic you want inspect it here in Florida, once he sends you the inspection report and you want to purchase the vehicle, you then send a check to the bank holding the title. Once they receive the payment they will send you the title directly or If you're gonna finance the car they will give the bank the title.
Once the bank says they received the funds the car will be shipped to NY or whenever your located.
