MERCEDES COMAND CONSOLE SECRET UNLOCKING GUIDE

* Play DVD/TV while you are driving
* Play MP3 music disks
* Play multi-region DVDs
No extra wireing or removal of the unit needed

Just access the secret hidden menu using the buttons on your comand console and in 3 minutes it is done.

As standard the TV and DVD switches off as soon as you start to move above approx 4 mph (6 km/h) and displays this.

Now you can keep your kids and other passengers occupied by watching TV/DVD whilst your driving.

With this infomation you can also play multi-region and DVDR disks.
And with a few presses on your console you will be able to play MP3 disks, allowing you to access 1000`s of songs from one disk.

Please be aware of other sellers who claim to be able to unlock the video in motion, as extra parts and removal of the unit are needed. This secret guide was compiled by myself after many hours of work and the inside knowledge of a mercedes mechanic.

E Class, W211
SL, R230, [WIDE SCREEN ]
S Class, W220 [ WIDE SCREEN ]
(Maybe others but not tested)

In the feedback page, selects a buyer from the US who has bought the same item, in this case it's "theliqerman." Since theliqerman gave him a big "Thank You," it's probable, unless something funny is going on, that this works. You could look at other feedbacks to make sure (I have not.).

Need some opinions here... I ordered a 2007 CLS550, but am really considering getting a used 2006 CLS55 now. The pricing between the two is about 8-12k, which i really dont mind spending if the cls55 is well worth the money. Your thoughts?

I bought it!!!!!!

I received some codes to enter, to make you get into the engineer mode.
you have all the infos about your car the materiel, the différent units...
You also have a recap of all the trips you dis with the number of kilometers...

Finally i unlocked the dvd in motion, the mp3 reader and the dvd zone.

the description worked perfectly but i didn't tried the car yet so I'll tell you later on today if that works...

I live in Paris france big kahuna

I spent the week-end watching tv and dvd in my car that's cool.

It says it would work only on euro command not good for us. I read sombody bought it from this guy for a us version it didn't worked and the seller gave him back his money...

here are the models we it's working but that only the tested ones. I think it's working on all the models that have the same command than those ones.
