Pandora?

Guys,

After a week of reading I'm still a little confused. If someone could share a little light for me on this I would be greatly appreciative. The end result is I would like to play the Pandora from my iPhone 5 in my car and not have to use one of those ****ty FM transmitters. Now I do have the phone blue toothed to the car. The phone works flawlessly. Pulls up contactes and all. Now I do not have this deal in the center console that looks like a TV remote. I understand this is if you dont have the bluetooth option on the recever wich i do have. I just used the Bluetooth setting directly on the Raido to connect my phone to it. Bt as I said it only connects the phone portion. Is it possible to get the Pandora connected and control it from the recever?

Thanks in advance guys.

Check the inside of your dashboard glove box. If there is a jack inside you're set just plug the iPhone (it was originally for an iPod) and go. If no jack then you must either get the iPod kit from the dealer and have the dealer do the install or use a wireless transmitter.

The iPhone or iPod adapter work like **** with the factory controls . Will only flip from on song to the next. Very very poor design for an ipod hook up, and plus it don't even charge from this location.

I am also trying to get pandora to work on my car as well. I have a Samsung phone and I also have double ended head phone jack. I tried plugging it in the port in the glove box and nothing (hit the aux button).
What is that female plug for in the glove ox if it cannot even play music from my phone? I there my Walkman out in the 80's!

I thought I had the same issue but for me it was merely a need to up the volume-max on telephone and about a half turn higher on the radio and I'm set to stream whatever i wish.
