06 CLS 500 wont start
Hi Fellas,
Few days ago my car stoped on the middle of the highway with no warnings. I tried to restart the car but it would not turn on. During that time I had 23 miles remaining for the fuel to end. I later noticed a warning of "Low Battery" so I took my battery to Auto Zone to get it recharged and tried to turn the car on and still nothing. I am stuck and do not know what to look for... Could this be the CPS, Fuel Pump, or something else?? Please Help

Is it cold where you are at? 23 miles remaining is too low, you will have trouble getting fuel in cold temps through the pump. I bet you're just out of gas. Did the car try to turn over and won't? And is it still doing the same but won't with the fresh charge?
Did you try filling it up with gas? Don't trust the fuel gauge even on modern cars, during the Winter. The Low battery was likely just from trying to restart the car if that warning only came up later.
I had this same problem during the deep freeze two weeks ago, had 1/8th of a tank but the car wouldn't start. put in a gallon and it fired up (after I bought a new battery etc)

Would anyone have a picture of where the sensor is? I mean I found pictures of what side to look at but a picture of the actual wire and the surroundings would be nice just to make sure I pull out the right thing.

Crankshaft Position Sensor is on the back of the drivers side of the engine on top of the bell housing.
Normally when this guy fails, itll allow you to start again once cooled off.

After installing new CPS
I just installed new CPS in my 2006 CLS500, about 72,000 miles.
Would anyone advise if there are any required or recommended procedures to follow after installing the new CPS?
Thanks for any advice.

Proper procedure after installation is to clear fault memory and perform intilialization with Star Diagnosis (SDS).
