Porsche ran the same section the AMG BS did in 6:43.62 in 6:38.835, almost 5 seconds faster, the previous run of the GT2RS MR for the same section was 6:40 - Nonetheless is quite impress for either car and this claims are irrelevant for us mortals. Either one of them will exceed our abilities.

The original run performed by the Manthey Racing GT2RS was criticized as being NON production car, since all those parts were add on by a 3rd party and NOT offered by Porsche, therefore considered a road legal car but not a "production car" since you could not buy it from the dealer as is, like the case of the AMG BS. The argument will come now as Manthey Racing is an approved vendor for Porsche and now you can buy all the optional parts through a Porsche dealer and obtain warranty.

And it might have been a semi-valid argument but for the fact that the 2RS isn’t sold any more, so no matter what it’s a retrofitted modification at this point.

Last of the last lol. Its iconic as any late Cadillac will ever get. Wish this car was around a couple of years ago I would’ve taken the plunge instead of an M5.

As stupid as it sounds in the objective sense, that's a lot of car for $334,595. With the same disclaimer, $9,900 for special paint is also not horrendous. Would have loved the opportunity to pick an out of range paint for that number.

Now I just need the thing to get on a boat!
