Picked up a Renntech kit a month ago. Like you, had questions on the actual adjustment of the coils. Not too much info out there. Called Renntech and spoke to John. He is the man. Very knowledgable and goes the extra mile to make sure you get what you need. If you get the answer it would be nice to see the post.

It's an awesome kit. I chose it over the KW kit because it is suppose to have the ability to go lower. Weird thing is my rear suspension is not doing that. My installer was surprised and told me KW sits lower. I know that isn't true, but what can I do. Little frustrating because I don't have a installer here in socal that is a Renntech expert.

That’s great they figured it out. I’m about to pull the trigger between this renntech kit vs kw, what was the resolution?

it's literally a 40-50% more compliant ride now. i finally don't hate the ride quality of this car on bad roads. beautifully engineered. i literally noticed the difference as soon as i puiled out of the shop in 20 feet. stunned.

if you're wanting comfort over performance (although the performance is dramatically increased too), i'd go renntech. the resolution is my installer is useless and i should have done it myself and saved 1200 bux. i always do my own suspension work but got lazy. lesson learned. he forgot to put the set screws in the adjustable collars. that is the set screw that you obvioulsy loosen to adjust the height. if the wheel is removed and that weight isn't pulling the aseembly down, the spring won't turn as it's uder too much load. it's a ***** to have to access it from behind the wheel, but the only way.

i need go go up 1/4" in the front and down 1/4" in the rear. my front is a little "ricer" looking now. not cool on a high-rent car imho. and YES.....shims are needed to not have 2.3-2.8 degrees of neagtive camber. that's going to kill tires even if the scrub is set correctly. no thanks.

Thanks for the review and feedback! That is exactly what I'm going for as well so the answer looks to be renntech for me.

Tried to do the best I could to get an angle of how much gap I have in the rear. I'm maxed out on the coils. Was under the understanding tires can tuck in the rear.

Problem is I didn't measure it before they lowered it and put aftermarket wheels. So now I don't know if the coils achieved the full 1.5".
