Diesel will not harm gasoline engine. It will simply not run.
So the trick is to drain the tank, refill with gasoline, MAYBE change fuel filter and keep on cranking. Some starting fluid might help.

Wish they can make gas hose not fitting to diesel.
Good luck to you Martinez. The good thing its not another way around as other people mention gas in diesel would been worst.

diesel on gas E350
The car had like 1/4 of tank and I put about 3 gal of diesel, the I start driving for about 10min and the car start acting up. The dealership told me that they are going to drain the tank. The only worry that I have is future problems with the car. Is any has has problem after putting the car running again. Should I get with Mercedes to do a full review? What can I do to prevent future breakdowns?

You should not have any problems once the engine gets clean gasoline, although such incident can put stress on items that were already week.
