Could be a few things. How are your fluids? Are you low on coolant, etc?
Gonna need more info including year, model, engine, etc.

White smoke? Or white vapor? Vapor dissipates immediately. Smoke takes a bit longer. If vapor, STOP immediately. A very very long time ago, I too had white smoke and figured i’d take Car in for service (not an MB). Long story short, it wasn’t smoke and engine seized before I got it checked out. Lesson learned.

Does the exhaust smell like ammonia? If so then it is a failure of the SCR adblue system. Take it to the dealer since you are under warranty. They will most likely have to replace your entire exhaust.

2014 MB E250 RWD
I have a certified used '14 e250 BlueTec w/ 45k miles and this just started to happen to me today. Started with an amber engine light on indicator on the way to work and just now on the way home noticed white smoke our of the exhaust and VERY strong ammonia smell. Have an appointment with the local MB service department in the am. I hope it is covered under warranty!
