2008 e320 Turbo Back Exhaust - Cat delete

Looking for a Turbo Back exhaust with catalyst delete for my 2008 e320 bluetec..... The only one online that I could find was from CB- Engineering here: https://cb-engineer.com/products/200...-off-road-pipe

I have emailed them with no response and cannot find a phone number. Does anyone know if they are still in business? Or what other options can you recommend?

I haven't had luck searching! Also after the delete - who is the best for a tune?

Thanks in advanced.

Dan

Careful, everyone I know who's removed the cat has complained about a terrible stink from the exhaust afterwards.
For the tune, I went with Malone and am very happy

Government in last months started enforcing the law and they send orders to tuners not to only stop selling illegal tunes, but contact previous customers and offer them reversing the tune at no charge.
That can put small business out of business pretty fast.
So the "off road" advertising is no longer cutting.
From what I know on the mentioned engine - CAT and DPF are in the same body, meaning you are facing lot of deletions.
I did DPF deletion on my sedan when MB USA could not supply new DPF for me.
But I just chiseled the insert out and my car passes NV smog test, who sniffs for particules. Manu fact it passes with 0 emission on record.

From what I learned, small diesel engines by default run much cleaner than gas engines and they don't really need DPF or SCR to reduce emission to match the gas engines. The DPF requirement was mainly developed for those buses and trucks with big engines or big load as they are the ones that give out black smoke. Ethically speaking it's perfectly legit to do the deletion for those small diesel vehicles as long as it can pass the smog test. At the end of day what everybody cares is whether it releases excessive pollutant, not what device we installed on the vehicle.

Love your logic.
It is not legal and prosecuted by law, but it must be ethic.

Some laws are flawed for some reason.

I grew up in communism, where everybody ignored most of the laws considering them flawed.
Would I go back? Heck no.

Wow same here! Well it's a difficult thing to determine TBH. Did you never go over speed limit on a highway? There are much more complicated cases than those though. The basic rule of thumb is that we have to respect the law and obey it whenever possible. However in some cases we need to fully understand the purpose of the law and obey the law by achieving the goal of setting the law.

One more example is that in a lot of states any vehicle that are more than 25 years old is exempt from emission. Does it make sense? Definitely not! Those old cars put out much much much more pollutant even compared to a newer one that cannot pass the emission test.
