How much did you pay?
I'd like to trade in my 2008 C350 for 2010 E550 coupe. How much should I expect to pay right now? Invoice? How much is the discount you guys got? Please help me out. Thank you.
If you read http://townhall-talk.edmunds.com/direct/view/.eea6b46/0 in that thread you will see people are getting between $1-2k off E550 coupe in general as the supply is super tight on them. Even if you are in an area where demand is softer maybe you can expect to pay maybe $1k above invoice.
Also be aware of it, that E550 lease are outrages too, their is no special at all, and lease are running over $1k per month + tax with minimal drive off.
With all the above said, even the E350 coupe leases are outranges and those without going via a buying program are hard to get at invoice or below invoice too. As MB is producing very few coupes compared to sedan and from the very few coupes a very small percentage is V8.

just to add to this, I live in Long island and went to 3 out of 4 dealers and there were no decent deals, best i could get was 1600 off msrp, i was actually going to hold off on buying the car till next year. Im a USAA member and they had a car buying service that was able to secure 2k under invoice but i have to travel to northern jersey to get the car. I ended up odering the car at the end of janaury and are hoping to get the car next week sometime. But yeah its the same story from all the dealers "new car" "limited quantities" if you can wait a year, after the cars out a while, maybe sales will slide you might find a better deal. And as far as financing i ended up using my own bank because there were no decent financing options either.
And the finance options via MBF is 5.9% for 36 months or 6.9% for 48 months currently as both the coupe and cab only qualify for standard rates.
Via USAA I was offered 4.2% for up to 60 months but I was able to get approved for BOA at 3.2% for up to 60 months with a 60 day lock. I jumped on that offer thinking maybe by the time my car arrives in May BOA rates might be higher.
My local dealer does not work with BOA at all and the best they could offer me was 4.5% via Chase.
P.S. the BOA offer requires a BOA checking account and 20% down otherwise the rate is 3.75%.

To the OP I do not think you are going to get a huge discount on a car with 100 miles over one with 25 miles, normally dealers do allow people to test drive cars. If the car had 5k miles on it then it would be another story.

How did you get "Black Ash Wood" Code 736 considering No E-Class offers Black Ash Wood steering wheel, and if you look at MB web page it specifically says Wood steering wheel is only offered in burl walnut wood on the sedans where black ash wood is officially offered in the USA. On both the coupe and cab black ash wood is special order only and I was told specially that black ash wood steering wheel is not possible at all.
The same was true for CLK as well. If you choose Black Ash Wood you were unable to get the matching wood steering wheel.
Now he did offer to order black ash steering wheel and shift *** but he said he would install it at the dealer and it would cost $1250 and would not be warranty covered either.
