i bought my 2010 CPO E350 with 23k as well 6 month ago , now 28k
how is your suspension ? Any noises on a low speed when turning steering wheel left - right ?
2010 are known for struts failure , there is a recall for this

2010 E CLASS COUPE 350
NO NOISE OTHER THAN TIRE NOISE ON ROUGHER PAVEMENT (TYPICAL OF LOW PROFILE SPORTS TIRES)...NOTICED IT SEEMS TO RUN A TAD NOISY WHEN I FIRST START IN A COLD MORNING (TODAY @ 19 DEGREES) BUT SMOOTHS OUT ONCE WARM...YOURS?

it will take time to find it as this issue is very minor but it is there

Bought a CPO 2011 E350 in December. 17,500 miles. Pretty well loaded. Absolutely love the car.
I cannot get Homelink to work for garage door opener and the pneumatic seat controls don't work. I'll get that taken care of on my next dealer visit.
Recently installed BBS black center wheels, clear side markers and Sprint Booster.
Sprint Booster really helped the throttle response.

It is an electronic connection that plugs into the gas pedal and creates quicker acceleration. It does not increase HP, but quickens throttle response.
MBs are known for a dead pedal. When you step on the gas there is hesitation. SB eliminates the hesitation. The car is much quicker.

I had SB on my E class, it definitely made an improvement in throttle response especially in sport (s) mode. Easy to install too. You might have to slit the carpet an extra inch or inch and a half where the wires feed thru the firewall... Not a big deal, because the carpet has a slit it in already. You just slit it a little bit more to allow the SB enough clearance behind the pedal and not interfering with the carpet causing a preload on the SB. That would be my only suggestion to be aware of. 1 - 5 (5 being most difficult to install) I give it a 1.
