Looking for ideas here…
Occasionally, the AC fan just does not blow at all. It appears the compressor is not an issue, just the fan.
I wonder if there is just a loose wire/connection somewhere?
Anyone have ideas on where to check?

Apologies but night you have the uninstall/install instructions for the regulator?
Is that behind/under the glovebox as well? I think I see it in the upper left corner of the screenshot in the blower pdf you shared?
Interestingly, a friend also found these TSBs. However, I am pretty confident they will not fix my issue.

Ressurecting this tread. My blower stopped working. Before it stopped it was making little chirping noise which I know is a sign of the motor. 2 days ago it stopped working all together. So decided to replace both motor and regulator. The motor and regulator is the original part. Replaced both parts with original MB parts. Tested the old regulator (ohm) and the last pin was going in and out so was thinking that is the culprit. Tested the wires on the conncetors and everything was okay including the signal (also tested the voltage on the scanner of the fan speed and it is okay). Not sure what is wrong now. Pulled out these codes:
