C207 E550 U300E00 input signal circuit 15 ON won't start, no power windows etc
U300E00 input signal circuit 15 ON Is implausable
P261031 ECM/PCM engine off timing
The issue started after driving in the rain for about an hour or so. Anyways, after a quick stop, I jump in my car and immediately noticed that all the safety features were inoperable, stay in lane, drive assist etc. so I turned the key off to restart it and nothing. My windows won't go up no headlights, no interior lights etc. I connected a jump box and it won't jump and the windows still won't go up. My battery is only a year old, but I took it in to get tested and it's good.
If someone can point me in the right direction, I'd appreciate it.

So you have bumper radars... are they ok ??

I can't communicate with the f sam and rear sam. Also, no visible water damage. The front radars still alert when something obstructs. That's one of the few electric features that does work.

You have a pretty hard show stopping faults.
It sounds like one of the F-SAM relay is not energized and prevents you grom scanning any SAM.
Basically most of the car modules are still sleping without power. Tough!.
This is going to require your chassis schematic to trace PWR/GND around Prefuse and F-SAM.
Find the source of Circuit-15

I've been super busy so I haven't had too much time to dig in just yet but I did reconnect my scanner today to brainstorm.
First, I noticed that all my monitors are n/a which I suppose makes sense due to the lack of communication with the modules. Also, I have a more detailed list of what my scanner is unable to communicate with.BODY
Keyless go
IBS
Airbag
Overhead control
Driver side sam
Rear sam
Trailer recognition
Xenon l&r
Battery mgt
Power electronics
Backup cam
CHASSIS
Chassis gateway
INFO
Sam
DRIVE
Trans
Parktronic
I'm going to remove the seats today to inspect under the floor. Does anyone have a detailed diagram of the different CAN locations, and/or any advice to better assist me? My knowledge is limited but my willingness to dig in and learn is huge, so any and all suggestions will be very much appreciated.

I don't think there's much more that can be accomplished with scanner because F-SAM is MIA that says something! It is normaly the No1 SLEEPLESS chief power manager.
- How is that... double check SAM itself is powered!!
Check F-SAM enclosure is not swampy...
You can get schematics from WIS or subscribe to "all data dot com" for your chassis.

So I took apart the f Sam and didn't find any water damage, so I cleaned it and heated it up with the heat gun a little and bam she started right up. Not sure exactly what it was but I'll take it.

You have time to familiarize yourself with controls of Circuit 15 on you own schedule.
One of those $5 relay may be your "100% fix" ticket... but I can't link such coincidence with rain.
Now that car wakes up, you can resume scanning for possible clues.
