Rain Sensing feature??

Rain Sensing feature??
I recently started getting this message. I can’t find anything in the owners manual. Customer service reps were not helpful because they didn’t know about it either. I don’t see anything in the menus on my car’s (2019 E450 cab) system. Also, the message seems to be oriented to the coupe. It would be nice if I could set my convertible to close the top if it rained when I wasn’t around. Can anyone direct me to more information about this message? Thanks.

Did you purchase vehicle used reason I ask is because this is not a standard feature in MBUSA market and would need to be coded using Xentry (MB diagnostics) development mode of which dealerships do not normally have or are unwilling to access. I bought the car new. It had been used (2,400 mi) by MB at their Georgia hq. I never saw this message before. A light rain while it was in the driveway two weeks ago was the first message but I don’t recall the exact wording.

I started getting it when the new Mercedes me connect app got updated and I re-subscribed services. It looks like it gives me the option to close the windows remotely but I don’t see functionality for the convertible top

mercedes 2020 E-class 220d cabriolet

Three years ago plus I talked to mercedes, emailed them, they were not interested. I asked them if the rain sensor on the windscreen could be programmed to close the roof when stationary with the ignition off. Bull**** was the response. I discovered the navigation tracker does not work when the ignition is off. Thus my insurance company informed me I was not covered for theft. I purchased a tracker and subscription from TruTrac, and could recommend without hesitation.
I have a 2020 e-class 220d premium plus cabriolet (hyacinth), beautiful. Head unit failed last year. They want £3,400 plus to replace. It is approx. one hour labour the unit £3000, my £241 Samsung smart phone has more tech than their head unit.

2021 c300 Cab. Arrived 7/28/21 . 24 GLE 450e.
I get this message and occasionally a rain detection notice. I called MBUSA once about it. They didn’t have a clue. One time it started to rain before I got to the car. The top didn’t move.
