I love the Diesel Purge; keeps it running smooth, and helps alot too. I HIGHLY Recommend it to anyone who doesn't use it, and has a diesel.

Diesel purge is a complete waste of money.

If it actually makes a difference its a sign you're using poor quality fuel and you need to find a better source.

Wow, you're pretty ignorant, I use the good fuel, not poor fuel.

Obviously you know nothing. Since DP makes a difference when you use it, you're using crap fuel.

I know cars, I work on them for Christ sakes. I know it's not waste, so stop trolling before the threads locked.

Clearly you don't. If you used clean fuel then DP would not make any difference because the fuel wouldn't be leaving scum and deposits.
I use clean fuel from a high traffic truck stop that gets its fuel from the Suncor refinery less than 5 miles away. The result: A diesel purge made NO difference on my car after 60,000miles of use and both my fuel filters are over 1 year old with no significant debris accumulation or restriction.

Yes, Jake, please spare us your uninformed nonsense and leave those of us that know what we are talking about help people. All you're doing is directing them to waste money on useless snake oil.

Jake, resorting to cussing is a sign of low intelligence and the lack of mental capacity to conduct a productive debate.

Keep working on your cheap Hondas and we'll continue discussing Mercedes' Diesels here. If you want to debate something you should at least learn about the topic being discussed. Your knowledge is clearly based on the low-end engines Honda produces and not diesels.

FYI, "willwaste" is not a word.

There is more of that unintelligent cussing you're known for. Please, come back when you have grown up. Maybe then we can have an educated conversation.

Seriously, if there is any troll here its you. Cussing, demonstrating lack of Diesel knowledge, lying, arguing, insulting, etc. It really is sad that you're so closed minded and childish, otherwise you could probably learn something here today.

FYI #2, I can see what you post before you delete it.

Maybe I will just leave then, I could care less I just thought it'd be nice to join, but I guess it's not. So, you're not gonna have to worry about me again. Btw, I'M PATHETIC? Am I the one sitting on this board ragging at people? No. And who the hell said you know everything about Mercedes cars? People who are know it alls are pathetic. They seem to try to fit in with everyone, but they are just social rejects. So I guess you're a Mercedes enthusiast who knows EVERYTHING? I don't think so.

Note to mods - Lock this thread.

To 240D 3.0T - Let's just lay this all to rest here and forget about this all.

Thanks, Jake

Yes.

Yes, you are. Review the personal attack of post #5, cussing in post #7&8 and the post editing to cover your behind after making yourself look like a fool. FYI #3, I saved all your e-mails so I know exactly what you said before the post edits.

People who are know it alls are pathetic.
Such as you? Yep, you're acting like the biggest "knowitall" here. Unwilling to learn something from a person more educated and qualified on the subject than yourself.

So I guess you're a Mercedes enthusiast who knows EVERYTHING? I don't think so.
More lies, I have never said I know it all. You simply have not presented anything accurate or new.

I see, you know you are incapable of holding your own in an educated debate about fuel quality. Go ahead, run away.
