THIS IS SWEEEET !!!

Only now I need 7mm spacers to get a 42 offset for my front and none for the rear. All this while I thought I would need spacers for the rear..but looks like..I DONT !! Do spacers even come in 7mm's ?

so it looks like 19" will fit with no rubbing issues with 35/235 tires. I plugged in the 18/40/235 as the original size which dont rub on my car. and the 19s are abit smaller...

200E Estate

Is my rubber too fat?

I was offered 265/35 R18 AMG rims and winter tyres at the school gates this morning - not something that happens every day. These are currently on a newer E-class. The question is will they work on my 1995 W124? From the chart V9 posted it doesn't look it but I wanted to double check as a free offer like this doesn't come around very often.

can anyone help?

The truth is sometimes hard to accept. Still the wheels and tyres are probably worth more than my car so I guess it's time to trade. (I bet your EVO is fun - good for you)

Those will work on a 500E/E500 without fender mods, but they're way too much for a standard 124, even with fender mods. But hey, if they're free... grab 'em & sell them, that way you can use the $$$ to buy wheels that do fit properly.

Well....that's a hard question. Everybody on here has their own personal preference. For instance, I like Yokohama, Perilli, Kuhmo, etc...

So it all just depends on what you're looking for in a tire.

i just posted the link because it had info on lug nuts, which people always ask about.
if you have 5mm spacers in front, you will probably need to buy lugs that are 5mm longer than you are using in the rear, since there's an extra 5mm of space between the wheel and the hub... right?
