your car is one of the few that makes a black grill surround work.

The trick is to paint it body color, not black...dark cars look menacing like that, light cars with body color grills look too 80's.

Thanks for the props!

i'm also sick of seeing my zebrano wood.. i'm thinking about bringing them to the finishers' and get them that black/grey colour but still retaining the wood grains..

The new grille looks soooo much better Zoro.

Not a fan of stick on dash kits, but the exterior looks sweet.

I had my interior wood painted a while back...I was sick of the faded, cracked zebrano. The only part I couldn't paint was the part where the CF is now...it was WAY too tough to remove to paint.

As for the CF kit, I am not revealing my source at the moment. Everyone seems to do the same mods here and I want to keep SOME level of uniqueness...Sorry!

your uniqueness has never, ever been questioned. The car looks sexier than ever man...nice job. The ONLY critique I have is the CF panel over the grab handles...looks a bit like you are trying to hard. Maybe better in person though, huh? Might be time to CF the rest of the console now...so it all blends seamlessly.

Very nice.

I bet it's Dave in Montreal... He made some CF door pillars & wheel centers for my Alfa 164LS a few years ago. Did a nice job.

Nope, not from Montreal

Shan, the panels do look much better in person. As for the centre, no I don't want to do it in CF...too busy that way.

Hey man. I've just noticed that you have those front plate blanking plates. Where did you get them or were they custom? Hope you don't mind revealing the source on this one!

Cheers,
Jeff

dude, you're worrying about 'uniqueness' on an internet forum...
even if we all had identical cars, the chances of anyone not on these boards seeing two of them is slim to none! i've been on here for a couple of years and never seen another member's car... so don't worry if someone on here copies you, in 'real life' your car will still be unique...

i think i'm the only person who actually LIKES the old-school zebrano wood. maybe i'm just getting old now...!

Now don't get all fussed cause I am keeping ONE mod a secret haha

You mean the filler panel for the front plate on the bumper? It was on the car when I bought it. It's OEM, check with the dealer.

Zed, I agree, in fact I did copy your visor idea but still, everyone is doing the same mods I've done and it's my prerogative

more power to you brah, i understand your thinking.

that's why you need to mod your car with UNPOPULAR choices, like my two-tone.... don't see many people copying that one...

also, you owe me $5 for copying the visor thingys.
