Clicking during driving since flat tire
I was driving normally the other day -- pulled up to a red light and as I accelerated away there was massive vibrations, so I pulled over and saw I had a flat tire on the rear drivers side. I was in a dangerous place so I had to drive 500 feet up the road with the car vibrating like crazy on the rim to get into a safe place.
Well I changed with the spare tire and it was clicking like crazy upon every rotation. I thought maybe as the spare was only 20psi this was the problem (still original never used 1988 full size spare!!)
Well I had my new tires fitted yesterday but the clicking is still there.
It seems to have become quieter, and only happens when I turn left, not when I turn right.
When it was initially happening, it sounded as if it were coming from the rear seats INSIDE the car. But I removed anything inside the car that could have been making a noise and its definitely due to this flat tire. It happened right after it.
Any ideas?

If you jack up the rear so both wheels are off the ground, idling it in drive, you might be be able to hear the noise and pinpoint it. And block those front wheels! I don't want to see your car on Yahoo! News.

once you get it on a lift it will be easy to locate and not that hard to repair.

Sounded like a playing card in the ol' bicycle spokes. Shorter bolts was the fix. The thing that grabbed me in your post was left turns made it click louder. The cable moved closer to the bolts under load was my guess.
