Bumper Corner Lights
I'm trying to remove the amber looking bumper lights with a Clear "Euro" style light. I would appreciate it if someone can give me directions on how to remove the light. I read elsewhere that you can remove them from the wheel well. When I looked inside the wheel well, I saw that I cannot access the light from there since there is a black plastic sheet in front of it.
Then I read some more and heard that I wedge a screwdriver in the crevice between the black plastic and the fender and I should be able to click it out? I'm quite confused and would appreciate some feedback. Thanks a lot
Nate

Yup, like my e430rocket said, use a screwdriver (gently) with something over it to prevent chipping the paint.
My car is white like yours and the clear markers look really nice. You'll need to pick up some chrome/amber bulbs (like silverstars) if you want the markers to flash amber instead of white since you'll be removing the amber lens and the bulb is clear.

atleast in Calif. the clear corners alone will be illegal. So would be not having the amber lense at all. The law requires not to have amber light (you can have white) but to have an amber reflector, which you won't have once you change it to clear. But thats getting really technical, I doubt you'll get harrassed for that with all the imports all running clear corners these days.

The little
trapezoid shaped hole. You push your finger in there and grasp the lamp from the outside of the fender and while pushing with your finger wiggle the unit out.Procedure is in your owners manual.
