Sunroof won't close
Hey Guys,
I opened my sunroof today and now it wont close. No response or noise when pressing the button. Not very good timing either. I have an appointment to have the car looked at for a trade in. Is there a way to manually close the sunroof. Could it be caused by a blown fuse. If it is a blown fuse which one would it be. Any help would be GREATLY appreciated!

I'm not sure where you can find the sunroof fuse, but there is a fuse box on the drivers side of the dash when you open the door. there's a cover which you can easily open with a flat screwdriver, knife or even your bare fingers. you can also check the main fusebox which is located near the battery. the battery is located under the passengerside back seat.
sunroof is probably listed in one of the boxes. replace all blown fuses. but be aware there might be a reason why they are blown. so if a fuse blows when you replace it, or when you use for example use your sunroof, high beam lights or whatever, there is something wrong and theres no point in replacing the fuse again before you have fixed the problem.

Hold the key to lock doors and keep holding it a few seconds more and see if the sun roof closes,if not pop off the dome light cover drivers side ,the one that comes on when you open the door, and insert an allen wrench, found sometimes inside your glove box,of the proper size and crank the roof closed.sell it private youll get more for it.

I know the motor is getting power and the sunroof is running fine in the track.
