Engine mounts. Easy swap!
Today I decided to swap the mounts. I looked up the DIY on benzworld (for an E320) and it looked fairly straight forward. When I got my car up on jackstands I noticed the V8's were way easier then the V6. I had plenty of room to slip the old mounts out with out removing any belts or moving any AC components out of the way. The only real tools you need are an 8mm for the belly pan, 13mm for the bottom bolt, 16mm for the top bolt, and a jack. Real easy. Took me less then an hour and a half including the time to jack the car up and dig out the right tools. The only hard part is getting enough leverage to loosen the top bolts.
Car feels smooth as glass now! The slight vibration I had learned to live with is totally gone and I now notice it was worse then I thought. If your car needs mounts don't hesitate to try this project (especially easy with a V8) even better the parts only ran about $110 bucks shipped off Ebay.

There are two DIY's on that thread. One has pics and the other has a link to another site with different pics.

$100 from Autohauz is a good deal.

This did the trick for the top bolts on both sides. The rest of the install was a breeze. This weekend I will tackle the tranny mount.
Those who work on their cars themselves to the extent of replacing things like motor mounts demonstrate their desire for something to be done right. Because if you want something done right, you have to do it yourself.
