smoked tail lights (E55) on a white car...
I currently have stock 97 E420 tail lights. I can't decide between 2001 white tail lights and the smoked silver tail lights. Does anyone have a photo of these on a white car.. .

looks great,no pics but a buddy has a 01 wagon white that they are dropping an E55 motor into and it has the smoked and looks sharp.I will snap a pic next time he has it at his house.

I have them on mine too. Same as the pic above. Looks great.
If you want a free pair of the outer units, I have a spare set. Just pay shipping. They need a bit of work to bend the contact metal to the bulbs, but otherwise they are fine. I posted pics somewhere in these threads about a year ago.

Yeah, the smoked tail lights do look damm good on a white car. I thought they might make the car look too ricey.
Do you have a photo? How much to ship the parts you have...?
