Do not

use multi tip plugs on m112 or m113 engines, they hate them.Use bosch oem or ngk oe platinum single side electrode plugs, they are good for 100k and work flawlessly.ngk 7090 are $2.89 at any good auto supply.I have the 17mm boot removal tool that way you won't hurt the wires pulling them with those pliers and it makes getting to the plugs a snap.

Good for

youThe spark plug interval on the m112 and m113 is 100k miles.Use the correct plug and you will get another 80k out of them
and save a few bucks while doing so

I am at 71K miles and would be interested in the 17mm boot removal tool. What about wires? Also 100k interval? NKG or Bosch part, which is preferred?
Thanks. And thanks for the $ saving tips.

PM

me.
I prefer the NGK 7090 simply because they are the closest thing to the bosch platins that were from the factory.Work great, last as they should and no misfire issues. The 17mm boot tool makes getting the metal boots off the plug ends a simple leverage move that gently pops them off. When removed this way it does not stress the wire and properly taken care of wires on the coil on plug system the wires can outlast the car.
most tips you need are on benzworld.org w210 diy section. The rest I supply on pm,email or phone support if need be.
