bigger brakes..

Hey All,
I'm looking to get bigger/better brakes for my w210(e430). After reading around here for a while, i found that the c32 amg brakes fit a 210? Is this true? Where can I make this purchase?

Thanks in advance.

300E a couple 1994 w124wagon E320 Wagon/,1971MGB Track/Rally, MG Midget Autocross ,2000 E320 wagon.
You don't

need them.Just install cryo treated rotors and a performance pad set.You have all the brakes you need to haul down a 3700 lb. car and do it repeatably under severe track use.
If you don't do casual track use,you don't even need the cryo rotors and performance pads.
290mm od compared to a 345mm would require different calipers, work on proportioning, different lines. And you would gain next to nill. And your wallet will lose thickness even quicker.Clean up the calipers, mask them off,get some vht caliper paint that compliments your rims and body color and spend the money saved lowering your Cg properly.

I have Installed the Four Piston Brake Calipers from the W203 C32 to a 208/210 with the drilled rotors and the result was better braking ..You will have to use a spacer as the calipers do not clear the rims without a spacer.Try Ebay or the classifieds here

I Would recommend the W210/208 AMG Brakes the front Two piston caliper and the larger AMG rotors work a lot better than the stock NON AMG Brakes
they require larger rims for caliper clearance ..But NO spacers are required

Or

Go with a Set of Brembo/Stop Tech brakes ..Larger rims and spacers are required for caliper clearance

Also do not forget the rear brakes

can anyone name any good performance pads.

If i were to just upgrade my rotors to cyro's and keep the back ones oem would that be a bad thing or not a problem.

Is it ok to have different pads in the front in the front and different pads in the rear?

When my wagon call pull down fade free

repeatably 60-0 in 112ft.
He hardly needs big brakes, unless he really wants to spend the money, and needs to scrub off speed for hot lap days at his local track.
Cryo need no slots, display no fade, and last for nearly the end of time

I put factory W210 AMG brakes on my E430 and boy does that car stop now.

The front rotors are two piece racing style with an aluminum hub. The calipers are not sexy looking like the 211 ones, but they work like mad.
