If you're willing to forgo your warranty, get an ECU chip. Also, lighter wheels/tires will also help.

Our underdrive pulleys will add 13HP without affecting the way the engine works. To this date, I have not found any MB software for the 320 that will add 13hp.

yeah stuff weighs alot on the e class seeing as it was built as a lux car, not a track car. I doubt your going to notice the free hp from spare/jack, untill you get a flat.

Filters, Powerchip ECU, pulley, race catalytic converters, supercharger will be a good start. If you are looking to go on a diet, get some ultra light weight wheels, toss the spare and jack, get a lighter gel battery and go for a carbon fiber hood.

While you are replacing the pulleys, put in a new balancer. We had one let loose on our 99 CLK320 and take out the electric fan, shroud, underhood insulation and put a major dent inthe hood. All of this happened 6 months out of warranty. No sympathy from MB. In fact their response was something like "You're lucky it didn't take out the radiator and A/C condensor."
