Usually

a big difference in side to side is the stuck duo valve. In Mercedes with the variable demand a/c it is impossible to tell charge from pressure only. You replaced the duo valve, you probably should have in your case thrown in a partial charge and noted temp drop side to side with a probe until it was equalized.
Problem solved now go get cooled off.
Did the so called experts run your onboard climate control diagnostics first, before they made you spend money on a duo valve you did not need? And if it needed to be repaired easy diy cleaning and lube is on our diy site.

i spent money on nothing, you was right the problem is not in valve

today was another diagnostic - and pressure is fine, but i low tempreture on climate control till 18 degrees celsius diagnostic pc shows actual values of temperature.... it is left side 23 degrees and right side 18 degrees.
can it be main block of climate control problem ?

Engine on and at operating temp. Press and hold REST for 5 secs to get into diagnostics mode. Use the L/R AUTO buttons to toggle screens and post actual values for screens 1-8.

Refer temp

low. evap temp sensor high. refer pressure low.
Just estimating from the c degree conversion in my head. It really looks like you are low on r134a.
You can insert a temp probe into the side that is blowing warmest and slowly add more r134a via the low side schrader port until you see the temp get as low as it goes and once it starts to raise again cease and vent a little out to get back to the lowest vent temp.
Or any good a/c shop will do it for you.
R temp should be over 100f and evap temp sensor value 5 should be around 40f in a properly operating system.
Hope it helps.

Could you elaborate a bit on the solution? I'm having a similar problem, only it will swap heat/cold from side to side. IE - One day the left vents will blow hot, the next day the right vents will blow hot. It is more common for the left vents to blow hot, but not exclusively.

I replaced the DuoValve, and internal temperature probe last summer with little change. One of the brass valves was broken, though so I needed one. Internal temperature probe was also broken, the thin wire was gone.

Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.

Does anyone else know what the solution the OP is referring to? Thanks.

Exclamation

Sorry for late reply, but it seems problem can be with radiator, let the specified service check it.
Valve responsible for hot air only, if you replace it so no probs.
I think you have problem similar as mine... but on first stage of it... due to better condition of conditioner radiator.

I'm really running of other option and I was reading the problem here, I think it is similar with what I got. I got partial cold air coming out in the right side of the vent ducting in the center and hot air in the left side.
Initially when I switch on the a/c control from EC to auto, I can hear a lot of hissing sound at the center and when I accelerate, the noise start to go down a little. But air constantly coming out with partial cold and warm temp.
I had the shop check the system to make sure it is fully charge and no leaks. They didn't find any leaks and no need to charge. checkthe compressor - working good too.
They recommend to check the control valves under the dust board and will require 12 hour of work. I'm afraid to have them take out the dust board and will damage more in the process. I want to find out if there is any repair recommendation that can be done aside from taking the dust board out -not unless as the last resort. How can I be certain what kind of repair do I need ? do I need to go to the dealer have them check it or do you have any recommendation for me if I want to check it myself??? Kind a limited in funds to afford the dealers rate.....that's for any advice you can send my way.
