aND THE JNSTALL OEM XENONS THAT COST A TON TO FIND AND AQUIRE.

OE Xenon swap was plug and play on my 01. No coding required. Ohlord is right that it can be expensive but if you look around you can often find used sets for a decent price. Pulling the bumper and swapping the lights is not that hard if you are familiar with DIY'ing.

Isn't it if the car has those two squares on the bumper near the headlights where the fluid comes out to wash them?

Dealer cost list is like high 1300 per side out by me.
Delivered used with warranty 2k I have

What if I buy some used ones from ebay from an 00-02 E-class or find a wrecked one near me and get the headlights, will that work? Can I install?

You might find
a member parting a wrecked car but the used dealers know what oem run and you won't do better than about a grand a side even from them used.You can build projectors for less search zam2000 depos or raymonds posts on projector conversions.One of our members had a custom set he built with Audi projectors for sale so search the posts over about the last month.

I got my pair for $450 on ebay (seller said he was desperate and knew they were worth more) I've had no problems with them at all but thats just my experience and doesn't mean the next guy who buys on ebay won't get screwed. Xenon headlights swap was plug and play on my 01.
Might ask around on the E55 page as some of them do the projector swap for looks and might have a spare OEM xenon setup laying around for sale.
