Need advise on buying new Headlights
After reading numerous threads I am still not quite sure which one to get . From what I read here, many suggested to buy ones made from Germany but hard to find thru eBay. Below is a link that has HID already installed in it and on its ad states from Germany but also the most expensive one out there. Just confused cuz they range from $120 to $300 plus. Any help is appreciated.

That is
clever wording that means they are made in china.
For that matter Depo was never the oem maker of the headlights.
You see the light it is putting out in the picture? That is less than what you will get in real life if you buy them. 8000k
Check how much a real quality Xenon bulb d2s or d2r and a good set of ballasts cost subtract the total from those cheap depo units and figure out what quality it totals.
If you must install them find the cheapest set of depo brand
they are all suspect quality and follow the retro fit diy with quality projectors.
2 Under 5 dollar resistors will prevent lamp malfunction warnings.
The guy that wrote their ad must be smoking crack to claim it costs 200 bucks alone for that feature.
Lastly read their refund policy.............Zip,nada,none $340 OUT THE DOOR AND INTO THEIR POCkETS

Ohlord.. i know everyone hates on depo... but i have the exact same lights (black housing projectors with 8000k HID pre installed ballasts) and i have had no trouble at all with them, and the light output isnt actually that bad. its quite nice actually. my old set are depo halogens.. (3 years back, some real big *****s who are jealous of 17 year olds with mercedes) decided it would be cool to smash both my headlights in... so i got depo lights cuz they were quick cheap and easy, and they havnt given me any trouble. i mean i would obviously recommend going to carpartswholesale.com and getting some nice oem projectors or halogens, but they are a little more costly. i dont have any complaints about the depo lights tho.. maybe its just me?

Thanks for both feed back Ohlord and Luke! I guess I should mention that I am just looking for a fresh look for my ride since the eom's have faded and are yellow. I know you get what you pay for but also dont want to over pay at the same time, lol.
Luke, did you get yours off ebay?
Do you guys suggest if I go thru ebay, buy the lowest priced ones since they are all probably made by the same manufacturer?
I was wondering if they are such thing as able to convert to d2s bulbs for the H7, hmmm?? thanks again.

yea i got mine from ebay from the exact same seller as the ones you have listed. i paid 375 shipped (im not positive, but pretty sure it was very close to that) for the black housing 8000k projectors, and have no complaints.

The Xenon bulbs take time
to warm up. That is why you don't convert the high beam side. When you hit the high beams poor light and short bulb life.
To each his own but if you enjoy driving at night on dark roads I'd beg to differ that the light output is not bad. It's worse than that.
Why not start by polishing the lenses you can make them look new for under 20 bucks.
