AC Compressor/Climate Control Issue

I have a 98 E320. The AC quit cooling about a month ago. I had the AC compressor, drier, and expansion valve replaced. After the replacement, the mechanic told me that the compressor was not "cutting on". He did say that they could get the compressor to work when they "wired it directly to a battery". They assumed that the in-dash climate control was faulty. So I replaced that, but it's still not cooling. While the engine is running, I can see that the compressor clutch engages intermittently (turns for a few seconds, stops turning for a few seconds, etc.). Anyone have any suggestions as to what I should try next?

Thank you for the link! I have the following codes, however, I'm not familiar with whether or not everything is within the correct parameters.
1 = 35 8 = 47 22 = 00
2 = 40 9 = 05 23 = 00
3 = 35 10 = 6.0 24 = 11.4
4 = 28 11 = 2.5 40 = 71
5 = 59 12 = 4.2 41 = 34
6 = 83 20 = 2.0 42 = 72
7 = 14 21 = 00 43 = 152

I also discovered the following codes (fault codes I believe):
Eb 1 231
Eb 1 232
Eb 1 234
Eb 1 424

Any help with any of these that look "off" and what I should try to fix/replace would be much appreciated!

You did not say at what time you took the first set of readings?
What about 2nd set?
Also clear the codes and run the system to see if anything comes back.

I took both set of readings yesterday afternoon. I just went back and took a second set of readings a few minutes ago (6:20pm Central). I pulled the car out of the garage and had it running when I took the second set of readings. I live in NW Texas and it's pretty warm out right now.

I cleared out the Eb codes and they did not come back. Below are the second set of readings that I just took:

1 = 37
2 = 43
3 = 25
4 = 21
5 = 54
6 = 74
7 = 28
8 = 44
9 = 45
10 = 60
11 = 2.4
12 = 4.3
20 = 10.0
21 = 07
22 = 00
23 = 00
24 = 13.1
40 = 71
41 = 34
42 = 72
43 = 152

Looks like AC is working now, just not too efficient.
Your evaporator sensor is out of range, but do the morning readouts before starting the engine to confirm.
Only 1-8 sensors are really needed.

I'll check the read out in the morning and report out the readings from 1-8. I did feel the ac cool down for about a minute earlier today, but then it went back to blowing room temp air. Thanks again for your help!
